I think that john should neither open the file attachment nor buy that medicine. You do not know what the medicine is and what it is. We could not take the risks to buy the medicine, these maybe just rubbish which people just spread. If people really believes the medicine they may buy it and take it. They would not know what side effects the medicine will cause. People who have allergic to some kind of medicine should not believe in this. As the medicine may cause their alergy to react. The file attachment you would never know what is in it. It maybe a file containing virus or some things which we are not supposed to see. john should just treat this mail as junk and ignore it. most of the emails which are forwarded are mostly untrue.
